My UX design process follows the Google UX design methodology.
I start with research to understand user needs, brainstorm solutions, create prototypes, test with real users, and refine based on feedback. This ensures every design is user-centered, intuitive, and functional.

I'm Monica.
Welcome to my design portfolio. I'm Monica.
My first encounter with product design was working as Quality Assurance Engineer for a financial software company in Bucharest. With a formal education in computer science and economics, that was the beginning of my journey in tech.
Wanderlust struck, and I then spent eight years learning about humans as a Business Class Stewardess based in Dubai and later as an Executive Assistant in a private equity fund in London.
It all came together when I discovered UX Design. What I love most about designing is the ability to solve complex problems and create products that make people's lives easier.
What drives me is compassion, making a difference and the deep sense of purpose and joy I get from contributing to other's success.
In my spare time you can find me walking the Thames Path, wondering Kew Gardens or riding my bike in Richmond Park.
